This modest 2 bedroom house was the first 7-22 house we designed and built. Packing into under 50m² 2 bedrooms, art studio, open plan living area and wet room with minimal circulation space, the form provides shelter and follows the Hebridean sun through the day, with morning and evening decks overlooking the tidal sea loch.
